“Neinor Homes has 173,000 square metres of land to build 1,450 housing units”

 

Neinor Homes residential developer on Tuesday presented their business plans for Andalusia and Malaga Province which has 173,000 square meters floor finalist, with a value of about € 127 euros and capacity to build 1,450 housing.

At the national level, it has a buildable surface over 1,250,000 square meters, divided between Madrid, Cataluña, Islas Baleares, País Vasco, Andalucía and Valencia, and worth € 1,300 million, representing more than 10,700 homes.
